It’s been said that “family makes a house a home.” Perhaps that explains why as a married couple we have found both love and success working together in real estate. Married for over 27 years, we know the true meaning of a “working relationship” which has brought us even closer together.


Joanne loves the hunt for the home, bargain shopping and helping people. Born and raised in Oakville, Joanne has been buying and selling homes with me since the very start of our marriage and understands and has lived through some of the challenges that can come with any transaction. That is why there is no one else I would trust to be my assistant. Joanne has over 23 years’ experience as a professional Executive Assistant and like me, she is friendly, has a strong knowledge base and a solid understanding of what clients want – trustworthiness and reliability. During his successful career in quality, operations and engineering management, Mark developed a passion for homes through many renovation projects ranging from framing, drywalling, plumbing, electrical, kitchen rebuilds, to modification of support walls. This background led to his purchase of the Oakville and Burlington Pillar To Post home inspection franchises in 2006 and 2007. Since then he has completed over 4 thousand inspections and achieved the two highest home inspector certifications available; Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and National Certificate Holder (issued by the National Certification Authority for the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors). With every inspection, he applies his extensive experience and an ability to talk in layman’s terms to give his clients the highest level of service quality. Mark has been a resident of Halton Region for over 30 years.

He obtained various educational accreditations, including a Business Administration diploma from Sheridan College, Mortgage Agent certification at Sheridan College, and earned the Mortgage Broker title at Seneca College. Since 2004 he has been honing his skills and broadening his expertise in the industry.  During this time, he has been named in the CMP Top 75 Brokers in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2018 (making him one of the leading Brokers in the country).

While he’s always happy to work with any client if it helps them achieve their home ownership dreams, he does specialize in working on some of the more challenging cases.
